I normally don't do these things on the grounds of them being quite silly but, since I haven't gotten around to filling my About Page, I'll make an exception tonight.
7 things about me:
- I dig punk over metal because I prefer manic violence over rage violence. Most anything with a pit at the concert is fine by me though. Which band is my favorite depends entirely on what day you ask me. Today, it's NOFX.
- I prefer a good villain over a good hero in my fiction. They have greater depth of character and I lack any empathy whatsoever with someone agonizing over the decisions they've made.
- I've done more jobs than I can count but my favorite, by far, was soldier.
- I bottle fed a baby squirrel today.
- I'm 34 years old, 5'6", weigh 170-180, usually clean shaven on the face, and normally have the sides and back of my head shaved as well.
- I have two closed up piercings from my teenage years and three tattoos (left pec, left forearm, left hand).
- I have an uncanny weakness for women with unnaturally colored hair.
This is the part where I'm supposed to tag this off to ten other folks but it's not going to happen. I'm evil and enjoy breaking chains.

Black dot on the webbing between my thumb and index finger, small cross on my forearm, and this on my chest.
Yeah, baby squirrels is wicked cute. My little brother what lives outside of town found two of them that were young enough they still weren't on solid food yet.

We have an albino squirrel in a park here, scared the bloody hell outta me one day. 7am, driving by and I saw red eyes..screamed!
Boredom and having a homemade tattoo gun back when I was sixteen mostly. The only one with any kind of story behind it is the one on my chest.
Been idly considering a couple more but haven't actually gotten around to deciding which to get first. Probably Buttercup from the Powerpuff Girls but I doubt I'll decide where until I actually sit down in the chair to get it inked.

Man, something's screwy up at blogger.com today. Front page shows five comments, post page shows four, and until I just hit reply, so did this one.
Yeah it says 6 here and this would BE the 6th post. Blogger sucks. WP is better :P
WP wanted freakin money to let me do my own css. If I were going to pay for hosting, I'd get some web space from a hosting company and have complete control over every aspect of the site and a LOT more storage to boot.
Yep, I pay for the WP account. Mines up for renew in 2 weeks come to think of it. But its so damn easy to fiddle with the CSS in WP, but blogger free has better options than WP free.

I totally squeed - you like the Dead? I <3 them tho never got to see a show. I have seen lots of Phish shows, but prefer my Dead recordings :)
and unnatural hair color rocks..... i am anxious to get my purple streaks back - reminds me i need to call and make my appointment!
oh and yes, i highly suggest just having your own hosting and then downloading from wordpress.org. I get mine from asmallorange.com and its pretty darn cheap but very reliable :)

The main thing that really bugs me is that I could do everything and more that blog hosting services offer with just Apache, mysql, perl, (all free) and an extremely cheap server with a good net connection. Truth to be known, I could run it from this computer here if I had a more reliable connection than AT&T can provide around this area.
